How to Submit Your Grievance
- Describe your grievance in detail. Please provide as much information as possible to help us understand and address the issue effectively.
- You are not required to provide your name or any identifying information. Your anonymity will be preserved throughout the process.
- Once submitted, your grievance will be acknowledged by our dedicated team within 24 hours. We will take appropriate action to investigate and resolve the issue within 7 working days, depending on the matter, while ensuring confidentiality.

Anonymous Grievance Submission
The Redstone project has established a grievance mechanism for both the community (external) and workers (internal). This system is designed to receive feedback and enable stakeholders to express their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the project. We value our stakeholders immensely and encourage them to raise any concerns at any time. Redstone is committed to addressing all issues and concerns raised.
This process allows individuals or groups to submit grievances anonymously if they wish. Once a grievance is lodged, it will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 7 working days, depending on the complexity of the issue. We encourage all stakeholders to use this mechanism to share their concerns and help us continuously improve.
